The IAM Leadership Alliance program has been formed to highlight the value of a diverse talent pool empowered to lead from any position. The program demonstrates how successful organizations in the industry can be made up of professionals with different backgrounds and experiences to bring varied viewpoints to the table through collaboration, training, and education. Since its inception earlier this year, the Leadership Alliance Council has worked to bring this vision to life. During this session, the Council will unveil the initiatives they have been working on and will solicit input and advice from the audience on topics ranging for upcoming leadership webinars, the IAM awards and recognition program, the leadership training program, and much more.
