Annual Meeting cancelations must be received in writing no later than Friday, September 19, 2025. All cancelation requests must be sent via email to iammeetings@iamovers.org. All cancelations made before Friday, September 19, 2025, are subject to both a USD 450 administrative and credit card processing fee (if applicable). No refunds except for the situations outlined below will be granted after Friday, September 19, 2025, however, substitutions or transfers to another individual without penalty are welcome. IAM regrets that refunds will not be given for those who register but do not attend.
Visa Issues
Cancelations from attendees made after a failed visa application will be refunded the registration fees paid less an administration charge of USD 450. Notification must be sent via email to iammeetings@iamovers.org with a copy of your formal denial letter, no later than Friday, September 19, 2025, for refunds to be eligible. Cancelations received after Friday, September 19, 2025, will no longer be eligible for refund.
Illness or Death
If an attendee is unable to attend the IAM Annual Meeting based on serious illness or death (of self or a family member), a partial refund of amount paid, minus a USD 450 processing charge, may be granted. Requestors shall submit the request in writing to iammeetings@iamovers.org. The Association shall review the request to ensure it is in accordance with IAM’s written policies. No refunds shall be granted for canceled or missed flights and/or inclement weather. The Association reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Annual Meeting because of low enrollment, pandemic, travel restrictions, lockdown, or other circumstances.
Event Cancelation or Rescheduling
IAM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Annual Meeting due to circumstances such as low enrollment, pandemic, travel restrictions, lockdown, or other unforeseen events.
- If the Annual Meeting is canceled in its entirety due to circumstances beyond IAM’s control (e.g., acts of God, terrorism, transportation failures, weather, strikes, government orders), IAM may choose to refund the appropriate registration fees.
- Travel expenses are non-refundable, including non-refundable airline tickets, which attendees purchase at their own risk.
Travel

Risk and Liability Statement
By registering for the 63rd Annual Meeting & Expo, all attendees agree to comply with the IAM Code of Conduct and the following Risk and Liability Statement. For more information on the steps IAM is taking to ensure the health and safety of our attendees, please review the IAM SAFE page.
The Coronavirus pandemic has heightened the inherent risk of attending live events and participating in group activities. With this circumstance in mind, IAM is taking all legal, prudent, and advisable measures to minimize the risk of virus transmission between people during the Annual Meeting & Expo.
A.
I acknowledge these risks, and others, and agree to take full personal responsibility for them. I will not hold any person or organization accountable should I contract an illness or should anything else happen to me due to my participation in this year’s Annual Meeting & Expo.
B.
I agree to monitor my own health status and will not attend the Annual Meeting if I am symptomatic in any way, or if I believe I have been exposed to someone with Coronavirus. If I am symptomatic, I will not come to the Annual Meeting.
C.
I am aware that if I show up and am refused entrance due to symptoms, I will not receive a refund.
Distribution and Display Restrictions
Distribution of literature, product samples, or other materials is limited to the exhibitor purchase space. Distribution of brochures, gifts, or other times, or giveaways outside of the assigned booth or designation sponsor activation area is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized in writing by the International Associations of Movers.
